Vice President Mergers Acquisitions

Lead mergers and acquisitions at Decisive Dividend Corporation through relationship building, financial analysis, and direct engagement with business owners.
As Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions, you will drive DDC’s acquisition strategy across manufacturing businesses. You will identify promising companies, develop founder relationships, evaluate opportunities, and guide transactions from initial conversations through closing. The role combines business development, valuation, negotiation, and strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify acquisition opportunities aligned with DDC’s long-term growth strategy
Build relationships with owners, entrepreneurs, advisors, and M&A professionals
Evaluate businesses through valuation, financial analysis, and due diligence
Present investment recommendations to executive leadership and the Board
Lead negotiations and structure transactions creating lasting value
Requirements:
Six to ten or more years of relevant transaction experience
Experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, or private equity
Strong business valuation, financial modelling, and investment analysis capabilities
Established network among owners, bankers, brokers, and deal professionals
Ability to build trust and communicate complex recommendations clearly
