We invite you to apply for the Clinical Assessor position, where you'll fulfill eligibility determinations and perform community assessments. Applicants must hold a Registered Nurse or Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in North Carolina. Your two years of nursing experience will be instrumental in coordinating care and presenting community-based solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs-based eligibility determinations for NC Medicaid

• Perform assessments under the Community Alternatives Program

• Execute level-of-care assessments for individuals

• Work independently with limited supervision

• Travel up to 60 miles for assessments

Requirements:

• Current RN or LCSW license in North Carolina

• Minimum of two years nursing experience

• Open to traveling within a 60-mile radius

• Experience with community care and ADLs preferred

• Microsoft Office proficiency required
