Elevate patient care as a Staff Pharmacist with Walmart in Penticton, BC. You'll ensure medication accuracy, provide consultations, and build stakeholder relationships every day.

In this vital role, you will assist the Pharmacy Manager while ensuring an excellent patient experience. Your responsibilities include accepting prescriptions, counseling patients on medications, and ensuring the proper storage of pharmaceutical products. Strong communication with the Professional Services District Manager and other key stakeholders is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept prescriptions and refill requests from various sources

• Counsel patients on pharmaceutical products during consultations

• Ensure accurate prescription filling using established workflows

• Maintain proper storage of all pharmacy products

• Assist in achieving corporate business goals with your Pharmacy Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 16 years

• Valid Pharmacist License required ( preferred in Alberta)

• Strong understanding of patient privacy regulations

• Ability to operate pharmacy equipment efficiently
