Be part of Sienna's mission to bring joy and connection to residents through meaningful engagement. As the Resident Engagement Manager, you will oversee various programs, guiding your team to create an atmosphere of care and community involvement while ensuring compliance with training standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop programs that enrich resident experiences
• Evaluate and promote resident activities
• Manage the welcome integration for new residents
• Document and share community meeting insights
• Organize and oversee community events monthly
Requirements:
• Degree in health promotion or related area
• Minimum one year in program development
• Prior management experience needed
• Clean driving record and valid license required
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
