As a vital member of Sienna Senior Living, your role involves developing and revising recreational programs while also ensuring residents are actively participating and forming connections. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and adjust recreation programs under a Team Leader

• Assist in transporting residents to activities as necessary

• Monitor and track resident participation and interests

• Keep accurate records of programs and resident feedback

• Facilitate new resident orientation and lead activities

Requirements:

• First Aid certification required

• Diploma in recreation or equivalent experience

• Experience working with seniors essential

• Proficiency in using computers

• Valid driver’s license needed for transportation tasks
