As a Pharmacist, you will provide essential clinical services such as chronic disease management and patient counseling. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical services including chronic disease management
• Administer vaccinations and monitor drug therapy
• Counsel patients on medications and health-related concerns
• Supervise interns and provisional pharmacists
• Support daily pharmacy operations and compliance
Requirements:
• Licensed with the British Columbia College of Pharmacists
• Injection certification and OAT training mandatory
