Provide essential mental health support as a Licensed EAP Counselor with Com Psych, specializing in face-to-face counseling for employees. Your expertise will help those facing personal and work-related issues.

Com Psych is searching for licensed behavioral health clinicians to join its Employee Assistance Program, offering comprehensive counseling support. The role is centered on conducting in-person sessions to tackle issues like anxiety, grief, and stress, while also performing clinical assessments. Your commitment to ethical standards and quality care will drive the success of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective short-term EAP counseling services

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and clinical sessions

• Help clients manage various mental health challenges

• Ensure detailed and accurate clinical documentation

• Uphold compliance with professional guidelines and ethics

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health

• At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience

• Valid professional accreditation or registration

• Liability insurance when applicable
