Location: Grand Forks

Position Summary
We are hiring for a relief part-time 0.87fte Rehabilitation Assistant at the Hardy View Lodge long-term care facility in Grand Forks. This role is temporary until February 2028 or the return of the current incumbent.

Days of Work:
Monday to Friday

Shift times/Hours of work:
08:30-15:30

About the role:

Under the clinical direction of a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist, the Rehabilitation Assistant functions as a member of the multidisciplinary team in meeting the needs of the client. The Rehabilitation Assistant carries out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs and assists the therapist in monitoring and evaluating patients/residents’ progression.

Qualfications
Completion of a recognized Rehabilitation Assistant Program or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Current valid B.C. Driver’s License if applicable.
