Join Interior Health as the Lead for Acute Clinical Systems, where you will play a vital role in advancing healthcare technology. This full-time, permanent role offers flexibility to work from various locations, with office presence in Kelowna as needed.
In your role, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of integrated clinical systems supporting health information across the organization. Your experience in project management and ability to communicate effectively will enable you to guide Clinical Analysts and manage health information technologies efficiently. This position emphasizes quality, engagement, and effective system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define goals for Acute Clinical Systems alongside key stakeholders
• Provide direction and support to Clinical Systems staff
• Lead software transition and stakeholder engagement activities
• Execute complex projects with accountability from inception to review
• Build and maintain relationships with external application vendors
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• At least five years in healthcare information systems
• Strong leadership and collaboration abilities
• Effective vendor management skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
