Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and input written prescriptions and refill requests
• Enter comprehensive patient information into the system
• Conduct tasks related to stock management and expiry verification
• Follow operational procedures and merchandising guidelines
• Communicate necessary allergy and billing details to the pharmacist
Requirements:
• Accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program completion or 2 years in a dispensary
• A strong work ethic and positive mindset
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
• Familiarity with Kroll software is preferred
