Become a Casual Rehabilitation Assistant at Cariboo Memorial Hospital and help shape patient care. Work under the guidance of skilled therapists in our inclusive and supportive environment.
This casual opportunity is available at our Williams Lake location, requiring availability Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 as the department needs arise. Engage with a multidisciplinary team, implementing rehabilitation programs and monitoring patient progress to support recovery and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the delivery of rehabilitation treatment plans
• Support the monitoring of patient progress with therapists
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs
• Attend to patient-focused care and support
• Help in evaluating therapeutic outcomes appropriately
Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications in rehabilitation or health care
• Capacity for casual work based on departmental requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Emphasis on working in a culturally diverse setting
• Availability for shifts on weekdays
