Key Responsibilities:

• Offer patient-focused care and manage medication counseling

• Work with physicians and healthcare professionals collaboratively

• Provide injections and conduct medication reviews

• Assist in pharmacy operations and workflow management

• Maintain patient records accurately and ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Licensed with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia

• Required Injection Certification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, reliable, and dedicated to patient needs

• Experience with Kroll or long-term care is an asset
