This position invites you to blend your client service and phlebotomy skills, as you support our Collections team in ensuring effective blood donation processes. You’ll perform essential donor screenings and facilitate a positive donation experience. Flexibility for shift variances and travel to different venues is necessary for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe and comfortable donor experiences during donation
• Manage registration and eligibility screening procedures
• Accurately document blood product information
• Set up mobile donor clinic equipment for events
• Enhance donor experience through shared knowledge
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education is a plus
• 1-year phlebotomy or related field experience
• At least 3 years in a customer service role
• Basic computer skills required;
Microsoft Office knowledge is beneficial
• Multilingual capabilities are considered an asset
