This position is essential in helping clients maintain their dignity and independence in the comfort of their homes. Successful candidates will offer a blend of emotional support and practical homemaking services aligned with individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive cleaning and household management
• Offer companionship and attend community activities with clients
• Administer personal care following structured plans
• Prioritize client safety and emotional well-being
• Observe and document client condition changes accurately
Requirements:
• Completion of accredited caregiver training program
• Knowledge of caregiving principles and customer service
• Strong English communication skills;
French a plus
• Ability to provide physical assistance to clients
• Valid Criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Check
