You will assist residents with daily tasks, such as medication reminders and bathing, fostering their dignity and independence. Engaging closely with a supportive care team enhances your ability to improve residents' overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities like hygiene and recreation

• Administer medication per established policy

• Maintain and update resident care plans

• Support new residents during orientation

• Foster respectful relationships with residents and families

Requirements:

• Resident Care Aide Certificate required

• Current registration with BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry

• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential care

• Medication Administration Certificate needed

• Current First Aid and Food Safe Certificates required
