Become a relief Occupational Therapist at Penticton Regional Hospital, supporting acute care and rehab units. This full-time position runs until October 2027 and offers a rewarding work environment.
As part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, the Occupational Therapist provides a range of therapy services across various settings. You will conduct assessments, develop custom treatment plans, and implement programs aimed at promoting functional independence. Collaborating with clients and caregivers is essential for enhancing health outcomes and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for diverse patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans for optimal recovery
• Implement therapy programs to enhance functional independence
• Provide consultations and equipment recommendations
• Support rehabilitation assistants in therapy execution
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
• Full practicing license with CHCPBC
• Membership eligibility in the Canadian Association
• Valid BC Driver's license
