CMHA Kelowna & District is hiring a full-time, 12-month Family Navigator to join the Foundry Kelowna Team. The role involves navigation support for families of youth and young adults, including one-on-one and group work to identify resources and build caregiving skills.
You will meet families in the community and provide guidance, assess caregiver needs, and facilitate workshops while working within a multidisciplinary team.
