Lead patient-focused pharmacy care at Rages Pharmacy in Penticton, BC, using team leadership, clinical oversight, and regulatory expertise. Work Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
Neighbourly Pharmacy seeks a Pharmacy Manager to oversee operations at Rages Pharmacy. You will lead and motivate the pharmacy team while managing dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care, and patient counseling. The position also includes collaboration with healthcare professionals and Front Store colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team
- Oversee compliance, dispensing, inventory, and compounding
- Provide clinical care and patient counseling
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to support patient care
- Manage operational targets, including labor and inventory
- Licensed and in good standing with the British Columbia College of Pharmacists
- OAT and injection certification required
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Collaborative mindset in a team environment
