Be part of Motive Wave as a Technical Product Support Specialist in Kelowna, BC. Engage with customers to enhance their experience on the software-driven trading platform, focusing on problem resolution.
This permanent, full-time role requires candidates to have trading experience and must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. You will play a vital role in supporting our clients, addressing their inquiries, and documenting feedback to improve our software offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming support requests via calls and emails
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer software issues
• Train users with webinars and document resources
• Report product defects and feature requests
• Test new software versions pre-launch
Requirements:
• Recent experience in trading financial markets
• Significant communication skills in English
• Knowledge of operating systems:
Windows, Mac, Linux
• Customer service background, preferably in tech support
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
