Reporting to the Manager of IT Client Services, you will be responsible for diagnosing complex issues and effectively addressing service requests. Your ability to deliver timely resolutions and provide exceptional customer service will ensure user satisfaction. Collaboration with the IT team to improve operational processes and equipment standardization will be an integral part of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and respond to maintenance requests efficiently
• Conduct onsite analysis and resolution of technical issues
• Manage service desk calls and tickets promptly
• Install and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
• Document incident resolution processes thoroughly
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least two years of relevant technical experience
• Exceptional organizational and customer service abilities
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Valid driver's license for campus visits
