We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Acumatica Business Consultant / Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their operational needs and lead successful ERP implementations using the Acumatica platform.

Your ability to translate business processes into system configurations and guide clients through adoption will be essential to project success.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven hands‑on experience in Acumatica development, implementations, and customizations
• Strong understanding of ERP‑driven business processes such as Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Projects.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and system configuration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and training skills.
• Experience supporting UAT, go‑live, and post‑implementation activities.
• Acumatica certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, client‑facing environment.

• Lead and support Acumatica ERP implementations from discovery through go live.
• Gather, analyze, and document client requirements and business processes.
• Configure Acumatica modules to align with operational needs.
• Conduct workshops, demonstrate systems, and train users.
• Collaborate with technical teams on customizations and integrations.
• Support data migration, validation, and testing efforts.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Maintain clear project and solution documentation.
