Owner is a remote‑first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. For a few of our roles we prioritize in‑person collaboration at one of our office locations. We’re building a highly impactful, data & AI‑first Product Analytics function at  As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap through close collaboration with Product Managers to establish opportunity impact sizing, product effectiveness tracking, and direct product strategy & tactical contributions. Your work will shift to wherever the highest impact lies – whether that’s deep root‑cause analysis, sizing the expected impact of new features, designing and providing visibility to product health metrics, or directly contributing to the development of analytics and AI‑powered product features.

The best candidates will not simply provide insights to the EPD (Engineering & Product) org, but be a strategic and operational driver, identifying gaps/opportunities, recommending product roadmap improvements, and creating overall meaningful business impact through direct influence on the product.

• Has felt torn about whether to pursue a business vs pure technical/analytical career path (at Owner, we believe these must merge)
• Identifies inefficiencies in everyday life – and sees them as exciting opportunities
• Is not satisfied with understanding things at a surface level and enjoys diving to the root cause (the WHY)
• Enjoys diving deeply into problems to become a “subject‑matter expert”, but knows when to stop “overbuilding”
• Is not afraid of and enjoys picking up new skills and tools to problem‑solve
• Enjoys tinkering and testing (or building) applications for AI tools like Claude Code, Codex
• Wants to build solutions for lasting processes and systems. Loves a good data‑driven decision‑making process (but also understands when this is possible and when it isn’t)
• Has a proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams

• Influence Product Planning Roadmap – through informative impact sizing, enabling more strategic decision‑making for Owner
