Role Summary

We are looking for a high-energy and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with Adobe Account Executives
, internal solution teams, and enterprise customers to identify opportunities across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
, consulting services, and digital transformation engagements.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to contribute to Hashout’s growth in the Canadian enterprise market
.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Opportunity Management
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new opportunities for:
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Adobe Target
  • Generate consulting and services opportunities across the Canadian enterprise market
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and account targeting
Strategic Partnering
  • Collaborate with Adobe Account Executives and internal solution teams on:
  • Co-sell initiatives
  • Strategic account planning
  • Align sales strategies with Adobe partner growth opportunities in the region
Client Engagement
  • Engage with Digital Marketing
    , IT
    , and CX leadership teams to understand:
  • Business challenges
  • Staffing requirements

    Implementation opportunities
  • Position Hashout’s capabilities as a strategic partner for enterprise digital transformation initiatives
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including:
  • Prospecting
  • Qualification
  • Discovery
  • Proposal support
  • Deal closure
  • Work with internal teams to develop tailored proposals aligned with client goals
  • Promote Hashout’s:
  • Mar Tech accelerators
  • Pod-based delivery models
  • Adobe consulting capabilities
  • Demonstrate value-driven solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in:
  • Agency Account Management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working in:
  • Software sales
  • Consulting services
  • Strong interest in or foundational knowledge of:
  • Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Digital Experience Platforms (DXP)
  • SaaS platforms
  • Excellent skills in:
  • Relationship building
  • Business communication
  • Solution storytelling
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment
