We are looking for a high-energy and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with Adobe Account Executives
, internal solution teams, and enterprise customers to identify opportunities across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
, consulting services, and digital transformation engagements.

- Identify, prospect, and develop new opportunities for:
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Adobe Target
- Generate consulting and services opportunities across the Canadian enterprise market
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and account targeting
- Collaborate with Adobe Account Executives and internal solution teams on:
- Co-sell initiatives
- Strategic account planning
- Align sales strategies with Adobe partner growth opportunities in the region
- Engage with Digital Marketing
, IT
, and CX leadership teams to understand: - Business challenges
- Staffing requirements
Implementation opportunities - Position Hashout’s capabilities as a strategic partner for enterprise digital transformation initiatives
- Manage the full sales cycle, including:
- Prospecting
- Qualification
- Discovery
- Proposal support
- Deal closure
- Work with internal teams to develop tailored proposals aligned with client goals
- Promote Hashout’s:
- Mar Tech accelerators
- Pod-based delivery models
- Adobe consulting capabilities
- Demonstrate value-driven solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers
Skills & Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of experience in:
- Agency Account Management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working in:
- Software sales
- Consulting services
- Strong interest in or foundational knowledge of:
- Adobe Experience Cloud
- Digital Experience Platforms (DXP)
- SaaS platforms
- Excellent skills in:
- Relationship building
- Business communication
- Solution storytelling
