Senior Compliance and Security Manager

Position: Senior Compliance and Security Manager, Masabi
Elevate security standards at Masabi as the Head of Security & Compliance, contributing to a seamless fare payment experience globally. This senior role is pivotal in driving compliance initiatives.

You will own all aspects of security and compliance, ensuring alignment with PCI DSS, ISO
27001, and SOC2 standards. The role requires hands-on management of audits and collaboration with key teams like Engineering and Product. As a leader, you will also develop a vision for a scalable compliance function while guiding a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage security and compliance responsibilities

• Create a strategic view of the current security posture

• Drive audit preparation and compliance initiatives

• Collaborate with teams to embed security in practices

• Lead customer assurance processes clearly and efficiently

Requirements:

• Experience in PCI-regulated or fintech environments

• Strong expertise in PCI DSS, ISO
27001, and SOC2

• Proven ability to guide compliance programs effectively

• Hands-on experience in scaling functions

• Clear communication skills, technical and non-technical
