As an AI Solutions Analyst, your role will be to closely collaborate with business units, helping to identify challenges and build actionable AI use cases that foster efficiency. This entails deploying approved tools like Copilot to enhance existing workflows and ensure teams utilize solutions effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that training and user enablement are prioritized over conventional software development tasks, securing a confident adoption of AI resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with business teams to grasp process pain points

• Identify and shape relevant AI use cases collaboratively

• Utilize AI tools to smooth workflow applications

• Educate users and support their transition to utilizing AI

• Engage with diverse teams for cohesive AI implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or similar

• At least 3 years in business analysis or enablement functions

• Experience training users on new technologies

• Strong analytical and communication capabilities

• Financial services experience is advantageous
