Take on a crucial role at Martell Group as a Technical Support Engineer in Kelowna, where you'll focus on complex issue resolution and customer satisfaction. This position emphasizes the ability to troubleshoot within Linux and containerized environments.
As a full-time Technical Support Engineer, you will manage the support queue end to end, tackling challenges like third-party API failures and deployment-related bugs. Your experience in technical support will enhance our capabilities to serve customers effectively while using your diagnostic skills to navigate ambiguous issues in systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve tickets across approximately 10 key issue categories
• Prioritize customer issues based on their urgency and effect
• Address billing and API key issues related to third-party services
• Debug container connectivity problems across deployments
• Track continuity failures and memory issues for agents
Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years in technical support, Dev Ops, or SRE roles
• Solid Linux command-line and Docker familiarity
• Basic knowledge of AWS and relational database querying
• Ability to read and troubleshoot Type Script or Node.js
• Strong writing skills for effective ticket documentation
