We’re supporting a global technology organization hiring a Telecom Expense Management Analyst to support corporate telecom and mobility services. This role focuses on managing devices and carriers, resolving billing issues, maintaining accurate inventory, and producing reporting to support cost control and operational efficiency.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and telecom vendors, handle service and billing escalations, track contracts and renewals, and build reports using Excel and Power BI to analyze spend and performance.

The ideal candidate has experience in telecom expense management, telecom operations, or mobility support within a corporate IT environment. Strong Excel skills are required, with Power BI experience preferred. You should be comfortable working with carriers, resolving discrepancies, and improving processes.
