The IT Operations Manager will play a crucial role at the Osoyoos Indian Band Development Corporation by ensuring all technological operations are secure and effective. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT departmental functions and resources

• Lead major technology implementations and upgrades

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards

• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage budgets
Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar field

• At least 7 years of relevant IT experience

• Minimum 3 years of management experience

• Proficient in technology systems and risk management

• Valid BC Driver’s License required
