Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the go-to for Citrix inquiries and issues
• Manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments
• Work with teams on Jump Host and application server support
• Ensure availability of critical virtual application servers
• Perform system audits to check Citrix resource health
Requirements:
• More than five years in Citrix administration
• Skilled in prioritizing and managing tasks
• Strong decision-making aligned with strategic objectives
• Advanced troubleshooting and consulting skills
