Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incidents affecting network and server operations

• Create and maintain effective network configurations

• Document and troubleshoot technical issues thoroughly

• Work with IT security on relevant policies

• Ensure compliance with service-level agreements in server uptime

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Technology or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years in a similar network management role

• 8+ years experience in IT required

• Must possess valid MCSE or Azure certification

• Proficient in VMware systems management
