This position involves a 12‑month contract with part time hours (around 20 hours weekly). You will focus on configuring Core HR modules and partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to enhance and integrate HCM systems for a large enterprise.
Elevate Oracle HCM functionalities while working closely with teams at Insight Global.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and system configuration
- Assist in payroll processes and system integrations
- Execute testing and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate on ongoing system improvements and updates
- Minimum 7 years experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
- Proficient in Core HR and additional modules
- Valid experience in testing and production support
- Robust skills in requirements gathering and analysis
- Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and integrations
