In this critical position, you will support employees by managing Windows environments, Microsoft Teams, and ERP systems. Collaborating with the IT Manager, you'll help streamline processes and implementations while working in a progressive manufacturing environment. This role allows you to expand your expertise into areas such as cloud administration and cybersecurity practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and deploy user devices and applications

• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services effectively

• Collaborate on ERP system improvements

• Support network and infrastructure maintenance

• Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in IT or a related field

• 2–4 years of professional IT support

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and ERP software

• Understanding of networking fundamentals

• Excellent problem-solving and user service skills
