As a Technical Business Analyst, your responsibilities will involve supporting the Community Impact & Investment team through strategic data analysis. You will play a pivotal role in improving organizational performance by translating complex data into insights for informed decision-making. Your experience in databases, BI tools, and analytical skills will drive effective community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop dynamic reports and dashboards for monitoring key metrics
• Conduct analysis to support donor strategies and community initiatives
• Contribute to data governance and operational efficiency improvements
• Educate teams on optimal data usage and insights generation
• Engage in the development of strategic goals and performance indicators
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• At least 3 years as a business or technical analyst
• Proficiency in data querying (SQL) and BI tools expertise
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
• Experience in process improvement and documentation
