Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive technical support across hardware and software

• Troubleshoot issues for Microsoft Office and cloud applications

• Maintain and upgrade computer hardware as needed

• Support user setup, password resets, and peripheral configurations

• Assist in configuring operating systems across platforms

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical or IT support roles

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
