In this Business Systems Analyst position, you’ll work to enhance Kinetic’s operational insights using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into effective system solutions, uncover actionable performance data, and streamline processes.

Your role is crucial in supporting project implementations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become a power user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Develop KPIs and performance dashboards

• Support system integration and user training initiatives

• Analyze business data for performance trends

• Document processes and system improvements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business systems or analysis

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
