QHR seeks a seasoned Senior Database Performance Engineer to optimize critical SQL databases within our Software Engineering department. Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize query performance and indexing strategies
• Collaborate with development teams for efficient data access

• Document and share database performance strategies
Requirements:
• 7+ years as a Database Administrator or Backend Developer
• Strong SQL tuning and execution plan analysis experience

• Familiar with performance profiling tools
• Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science
