As part of this team, you'll oversee intricate integration projects, fostering collaboration with various stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality standards. Your responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues and proposing automation solutions to improve processes continually. A background in healthcare systems and an understanding of data standards will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead customer integration projects from discovery to go-live
• Ensure timely project delivery through effective management
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance workflow efficiency
• Address complex issues as Tier 2 support
• Produce documentation for self-help resources
Requirements:
• Degree in computer science or engineering preferred
• 1-3 years technical experience in relevant fields
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs required
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and project management capabilities
