In your role as an Associate Insurance Advisor III, you will support the agency’s operations and client engagement. With a focus on both personal lines like home insurance and specialty lines including farm coverage, you will actively participate in the sales process, completing risk assessments, and developing tailored recommendations. Your contributions will be crucial to meeting overall growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales and service of personal and commercial insurance
• Advise clients on the insurance policies that meet their needs
• Conduct risk assessments and policy inspections
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Help achieve agency sales targets through proactive service
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant insurance experience
• Level 2 General Insurance license required
• Familiarity with various insurance products
• Strong sales and customer service ability
• Commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork
