Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and identify their insurance needs

• Manage processing of ICBC transactions and renewals

• Sell personal lines and recreational vehicle insurance

• Support clients with their claims and policy updates

• Keep operations organized and efficient

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn, with training available

• Preferred Level 1 Insurance License or CAIB 1

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent

• Positive attitude and a desire to assist customers

• Previous experience in personal lines is an advantage
