In this position, you will consult on personal and business insurance needs, applying your 4-6 years of experience to provide ethical and compliant advice. Team collaboration with the Advisory Sales department will be crucial in identifying opportunities and supporting members with holistic financial strategies.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring members understand and appreciate the importance of insurance in their financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review client needs to provide tailored insurance recommendations
• Identify and nurture leads through partnerships and networking
• Process insurance applications and maintain communication
• Build strong relationships between branches and advisors
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource within the organization
Requirements:
• Licensed with the Insurance Council of British Columbia
• 4-6 years of experience in life insurance advice
• Extensive knowledge of insurance products
• Understanding of broader financial products and services
• CFP designation is preferred but not required
