As the Parts Support Specialist, you will respond to inquiries, assist with orders, and ensure efficient inventory management. Duties include maintaining a neat storage area, unloading shipments, and performing general maintenance tasks to support yard operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer parts inquiries and provide timely counter service

• Maintain cleanliness and order within the inventory storage area

• Verify shipments by cross-referencing orders with packing lists

• Load/unload trucks and handle equipment safely

• Assemble showroom displays and generate parts sales

Requirements:

• GED or high school diploma required

• Preferred experience in shipping, receiving, or parts management

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally

• Forklift operation skills and ability to lift heavy items
