You will ensure shipping accuracy, handle customs documentation, and support necessary administrative processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for US and Canada project shipments

• Select appropriate carriers and methods for shipping

• Process and approve shipment and customs invoices

• Maintain an updated Shipping Matrix for tracking

• Communicate with customers regarding their shipments

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping procedures

• Experience with export and import required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
