Residential Maintenance Technician

This full-time role reports to the District Property Manager and requires strong contractor management skills. You will conduct inspections, manage inventory, and respond to emergencies while maintaining building compliance and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs

• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

• Develop relationships with contractors for optimal performance

• Monitor contractor work and provide performance feedback

• Procure materials and manage inventory to ensure adequacy

Requirements:

• 3+ years of maintenance or related field experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities for complex issues

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities effectively

• Physically able to lift heavy items and climb ladders
