Become a vital part of Spirit Ridge Resort's team in Osoyoos, British Columbia. As a Maintenance Associate, you'll ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment through hands-on repairs and maintenance.

This position is perfect for someone with experience in general maintenance techniques. You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, responsible for maintaining the grounds, facilities, and utility systems. Additionally, your ability to communicate effectively will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on resort facilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of grounds

• Troubleshoot a variety of resort maintenance issues

• Work both individually and collaboratively with others

• Adapt to various work conditions throughout the seasons

Requirements:

• Previous experience in general maintenance techniques

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Certification in electrical, HVAC, or plumbing is an asset

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule

• Physical ability to lift moderate weights and stay active
