As the Maintenance Specialist, your responsibilities include all aspects of building upkeep—from HVAC and plumbing repairs to painting and landscaping. Work collaboratively with team members to address urgent maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of building and grounds

• Conduct repairs on heating and air conditioning systems

• Execute drywall and painting tasks as needed

• Manage landscaping maintenance throughout seasons

• Respond to guest issues and maintenance requests

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED necessary

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred

• Strong understanding of hotel maintenance needs

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more

• Willingness to complete Pool Operator's Course
