In this full-time role, you will lead both light and heavy duty custodians under BEST's esteemed banner. Your responsibilities will include training staff, ensuring communication between teams, and managing daily operations. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily activities of cleaning personnel
• Train and support new custodial staff
• Report and address staffing and supply issues
• Implement safety and operational policies
• Ensure security of cleaning supplies and equipment
Requirements:
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office applications
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Clear security and criminal background check
