In this role, you will lead maintenance staff, coordinate work assignments, and oversee the daily operation of critical systems such as boilers and HVAC. Your in-depth knowledge will enable you to maintain, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Engage in hands-on activities that directly impact the performance and reliability of facility infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff in daily operations

• Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise

• Monitor compliance with codes and organizational standards

• Ensure all facility systems operate at optimal levels

Requirements:

• Experienced as a Power Engineer 4 and in a supervisory role

• Strong technical skills in building systems and maintenance

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities

• Available for Monday to Friday day shifts
