Join the team at Gallagher Lake Camping & RV Resort as a Maintenance Technician, ensuring property upkeep and community satisfaction. This role involves performing general repairs and managing maintenance tasks throughout the resort.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will report directly to the Resort Manager and play a critical role in maintaining the property’s buildings and equipment. The position includes grounds maintenance, oversight of septic and water systems, and ensuring health and safety compliance. You must be flexible to respond to after-hour emergencies and maintain effective communication with management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks

• Repair and maintain community buildings and equipment

• Manage records for septic and water systems upkeep

• Maintain health and safety requirements for facilities

• Respond promptly to manager requests and resident interactions

Requirements:

• Valid G-class driver’s license with clean abstract

• On-call availability for emergencies

• Water operator certification preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Willingness to assist with after-hours calls
