Maintenance Technician Position in West

Key Responsibilities:

• Address plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues in apartments

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in common areas and emergency systems

• Operate power tools and perform physically demanding tasks

• Submit accurate maintenance logs and timesheets

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in HVAC and maintenance

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience required

• Good computer skills, including Word and Excel

• Ability to lift 50lbs and handle physical tasks effectively
