Building Services Worker

Position: Building Services Worker at AgeCare

Your role will focus on ensuring efficient building performance and effective maintenance programs.

The Building Services Worker will conduct regular inspections, execute maintenance tasks, and utilize computerized management systems to maintain building efficiency. This position requires a blend of technical skills and physical stamina for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient building operations and maintenance performance

• Perform regular inspections of building facilities

• Execute Preventative, Restorative, and Corrective maintenance

• Maintain accurate records through the eMaint system

• Manage equipment service contracts and emergency repairs

Requirements:

• Trades certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical is a plus

• High proficiency in MS Office and maintenance software

• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and climbing tasks

• Effective record-keeping and oversight capabilities

• Willingness to undergo a Vulnerable Record Search
